Product visualisation / Visual communication
Visualising the invisible.
Using product data and installation guidance to explain UV-C applications and a process that cannot be seen with the naked eye.

01 / What we received
A technical foundation.
The supplied package included product STEP files, IES lighting files, installation guidance and application-specific requirements.
It described intended environments, installation heights, positioning guidelines and application do’s and don’ts.
02 / The challenge
Explaining an unseen process.
Microorganisms and the disinfection process are invisible to the naked eye. The project needed a visual language that could make that process understandable.
03 / Our approach
From product data to visual explanation.
We used the supplied 3D data, lighting files and installation specifications as the technical foundation, then built the relevant environments around them.
Lighting, product placement and visual storytelling helped communicate the applications. Where needed, microorganisms were shown at an exaggerated scale to explain the process.
04 / Development
Product details and explanatory views.
The presentation includes still frames from the visual communication work, showing product details and representations of the otherwise invisible process.
05 / What we delivered
Applications shown in context.
The supplied presentation also shows the products within commercial interiors. Together, the application views and explanatory frames communicate both placement and the intended visual story.
These are the still images supplied in the presentation; the prototype does not include an animation file.
